Market at the Marina is an annual outdoor tented vendor market held at the Royal Newfoundland Yacht Club and It is the largest vendor market in CBS, with thousands of visitors each year.

Vendors can choose between tent space and outdoor space. Tent space is limited and will be assigned as first come, first serve (and category limits). Space is limited, book early!

Vendors will need an ACCESS CODE to register. If you haven’t received an email invitation with the access code to register, or you are new to this market, please check with Blackwood Events prior to registering to confirm availability.

FOOD TRUCK VENDORS!

Vendor Terms & Conditions

Each Vendor shall adhere to the requirements of both health department and fire department where applicable, as well as all applicable laws and bylaws.

  • Each Vendor is responsible for providing and removing any and all equipment and supplies. (This includes all products and equipment: tents, tables, chairs, legal scales, signs, price cards, boxes and bags and garbage)

  • Each Vendor is responsible to keep their area clean and be aware of the waste disposal options in the area for customer garbage.

  • Each Vendor is responsible to take home his or her own garbage. Vendors provide anything required for cleaning up.

  • Vendors selling prepared food must have temporary food license and provide a copy for the coordinator to have on file.

  • Vendors are responsible to have their business name displayed at their stand.

  • Be a good neighbour! Vendors must stay within their approved booth space and be considerate of the booths and businesses around them.

  • Vendors are responsible to carry their own cash Float for your booth. THE RNYC does not provide cash back.

  • All cancellations 30 days or less from the event will not be entitled to a refund.

  • ALL PRICES ARE PLUS 15% HST.

Market at the Marina NL and Blackwood Events reserves the right to limit the number of vendors and deny approval for any vendors, products, or services deemed not suitable for this event.

Event Set Up

  • Vendors in the tent can set up on Friday July 5th between 4:00PM-7:00PM

  • Vendors outside can set up Saturday July 6th between 7:00AM-10:00AM

  • ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP BY 10:30AM doors open at 11:00AM (security will be provided overnight Friday)

  • ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP & PARKED 30 minutes before doors open.

  • As there is limited parking at the RNYC and we will provide a free bus service for vendors to and from the St. Georges Elementary on Saturday.
