Vendor Registration
Please Note: All prospective vendors must receive approval prior to registering for this event. If you don’t have the approval and want to register, please contact us at hello@blackwoodeventsnl.com or (709) 693-1721 to confirm availability.
Vendor Terms & Conditions
Setup and Breakdown
Vendors must set up their booths by 5:15 PM and dismantle them by 9:30 PM. Vendors who choose to bring their own tent must advise Blackwood Events within 7 days prior to event.
Location
Location can be subject to change at the discretion of Blackwood Events.
Cleanliness
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and disposing of waste properly.
Products
Vendors must only sell products that have been approved by the event organizers. Any changes must be reported and approved in advance.
Compliance
Vendors must comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws, including health and safety regulations.
Fees and Payment
Booth Fees are due upon booking. You can pay via e-transfer only for this market. Payment is due immediately after booking. If we don’t receive your payment within 24 hours after the booking, your registration will be voided without notice.
Booth fees include a 6’ table. Vendors are permitted to bring a chair of their own if they wish, as well as canopies. Tents are permitted where space allows but must be confirmed with Blackwood Events 7 days prior to set up.
Refund Policy
Booth fees are non-refundable. Blackwood Events reserves the right to postpone events based on weather conditions.
Insurance and Liability
Vendors are responsible for any damage or loss resulting from their activities. The event organizers are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.
Table Assignments/Allocation
Booth spaces are assigned at the discretion of the organizers. Limited numbers in categories to prevent over-saturation.
Alterations
Booth locations cannot be altered without prior approval from the organizers.
Conduct
Vendors must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Cancellation and Termination by Organizer
Organizers reserve the right to cancel the event due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, if a vendor is unable to attend on the new date, a credit for future events may be offered.
Violation of Terms
Organizers reserve the right to terminate a vendor’s participation for violation of these terms without refund.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government regulations.
Acceptance
By completing the purchase of a vendor space, the vendor enters into an agreement with Blackwood Events Inc. and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth above.
