The countdown is on, and the Grad Parent-Student Planning Committee is excited to share some important updates about this year’s celebration!

Delicious food, DJ & Dance, Photo Booths,
360 Video Booth, Trivia, Games and more!
All Grads who purchase their tickets before May 10th will be entered to WIN a $50 Avalon Mall Gift Card!
Parents & Guardians: You’re invited to join us from 6:00–7:00 PM for professional photos with your graduate before the private celebration begins!

NOTES:
1. Tickets are non-refundable
2. Need to pay by cash? Send us an email at hello@blackwoodeventsnl.com with your full name, phone number and tickets requested!
3. Graduates may purchase Guest Tickets and Family Hour Tickets at a later date (while still available on line), but are limited to ONE Guest Ticket and FOUR Family Hour Tickets.
4. If space allows, additional family tickets may be released closer to the date.
Important Reminders
This is a dry event – no alcohol or drugs permitted.
Security will be on site.
No re-entry once a guest leaves.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for transportation to and from the event.
This event is not affiliated with Holy Heart of Mary High School administration or staff, NL Schools, or the NL Department of Education. It is a parent-supported and student-guided celebration of the 2026 Graduating Class of Holy Heart of Mary.
